CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Managed all aspects of planning and delivery for a health and beauty product and service retail location in New York City’s famed Greenwich Village neighborhood. Ensured that contributing partner’s work was completed on time and within budget.
The project focused on partner management, task tracking, organizing logistics, timeline management, sourcing store fixtures, delegating work, and reporting on spend.
Achievement advocate.
Oversaw the design, build, and installation of the retail store from conception to completion.
Main liaison between all parties: owners, construction, architecture, engineer, and building management.
Early in the project’s lifecycle, the work was placed on hold for approximately 12 months. Once the project resumed, it was critical to re-establish communication with the engineer, architect, and contractor.
The positive renewal of those connections led to a successful team dynamic providing clear communication paths and clear, concise resolutions.
